AQUA FIT Pre-Register $10

Aug 1- Aug 6 (Tuesday and Thursday) @ 6:30 pm

A 45 minute workout in the Lap Pool that utilizes the water to improve cardiovascular health, flexibility and muscular endurance. You determine your own intensity level.

Please bring a pool noodle to be used during class.

For ages 18 and over.

$10 for 2 classes.

A service fee of 3.5% and provider fee of $1.25 or $1.50 will be added to payment.
